End User Licence Agreement

This agreement governs your use of the digital files you have purchased or downloaded from Now, Next, Later. By downloading, printing, or using any of those files, you accept these terms.
1. What you are getting
You are buying a licence to use the files. You are not buying the files themselves, and you are not buying the copyright.
All content remains the property of Now, Next, Later. This includes the page layouts, worksheets, written text, method names, the structure of the system, and any templates supplied alongside the files.
The licence granted is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and does not expire.
2. What you may do
- Print any sheet, as many times as you like, for as long as you like
- Print sheets for members of your own household
- Store the files on any number of devices that belong to you
- Write on, cut up, laminate, or adapt the printed sheets for your own use
- Copy a template into your own private workspace and modify it for yourself
3. What you may not do
- Sell, resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise distribute the files
- Give the files away, including free of charge
- Upload the files anywhere others can access or download them, including file sharing services, cloud folders shared with others, Discord or Telegram groups, forums, or social media
- Print copies to sell, whether as printed products, kits, or bundles
- Use the files, or any material derived from them, in a commercial or professional setting
- Create derivative works for distribution or sale, including redesigns, translations, or reformatted versions
- Remove, obscure, or replace any branding, and pass the result off as your own
- Use the content to train, fine tune, or otherwise develop a machine learning model
4. Commercial and professional use
Section 3 prohibits use in a commercial or professional setting. That includes, without limitation:
- Providing the sheets to clients, patients, or students
- Coaching, therapeutic, or educational practice of any kind
- Workplace training or staff wellbeing programmes
- Inclusion in any product, course, membership, or service you sell or provide
Licences for these uses are available and are usually straightforward to arrange. If you want to use these materials with the people you work with, email nownextlater@icymoons.com and describe what you have in mind. We would rather licence it to you properly than have you avoid using something useful.
5. Sharing with one other person
We recognise that people sometimes want to show this to a partner, a parent, or a friend.
You may show another person your printed sheets, and you may print a copy for a member of your own household. You may not send them the files. If someone outside your household wants their own copy, please point them at our store rather than forwarding the download.
6. If this licence is breached
If you breach this agreement, the licence granted to you ends immediately and automatically. You must stop using the files and delete any copies you hold.
We reserve the right to pursue any remedy available to us for unauthorised copying or distribution, including issuing takedown notices to marketplaces and hosting providers.
7. No warranty
The files are supplied as they are. We have taken care over them and we think they are good, but we do not warrant that they are free of errors, that they will suit your particular circumstances, or that they will produce any particular result.
If a file will not open or print correctly, contact us and we will replace it or refund you. That is the extent of our obligation on this point.
8. Not professional advice
These are organisational materials. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for professional care. See our Terms of Service for the full statement, which forms part of the agreement between us.
9. Relationship to our other terms
This agreement sits alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. Where this agreement and the Terms of Service both address the licence, this agreement governs.
10. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States, without affecting any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence.
