By buying or downloading anything from Now, Next, Later, you agree to these terms.
What you are buying
A licence to use digital files for your own personal use. You are not buying the copyright, and the files remain our property.
What you may do
- Print any sheet as many times as you like, forever
- Print for members of your immediate household
- Keep the files on as many of your own devices as you want
- Write on, adapt, or combine the printed sheets for your own use
What you may not do
- Resell, redistribute, or give away the files
- Upload them anywhere others can download them
- Print copies to sell
- Use them in a commercial setting, including client work, coaching, therapy practice, classrooms, or workplace training, without a separate licence
- Claim the work as your own or remove branding and sell the result
If you want to use these materials with clients, students, or staff, email nownextlater@icymoons.com. Licences for that are available and usually straightforward.
Delivery
Files are delivered digitally, immediately after purchase, through Whop. If something does not arrive, email nownextlater@icymoons.com and we will send it directly.
You are responsible for having a device that can open PDF files. Every product page states the formats included before you buy.
Refunds

Now, Next, Later is an organisational system. It is not medical advice, psychological treatment, diagnosis, or therapy, and it is not a substitute for any of those.
We are not doctors, therapists, or licensed practitioners of any kind. Nothing we sell should be used to diagnose yourself or anyone else, and nothing here should replace advice from a qualified professional or change how you take prescribed medication.
If you are struggling with your health, mental or physical, please talk to a doctor or another qualified professional. Our materials are designed to sit alongside that kind of support, not to stand in for it.
Some of our products include sheets for tracking things like appointments, medication renewals, and daily basics. These are for your own record keeping. They are not clinical tools, they generate no clinical conclusions, and any pattern you notice in them is a good reason to speak to a professional rather than a reason to act alone.

Our Money module contains worksheets for keeping track of bills, subscriptions and spending. It is not financial, tax, debt or investment advice. For decisions about debt, tax, or money you cannot afford to lose, speak to someone qualified.
No guarantees of outcome
We think these products are good and useful, and many people find them so. We cannot promise any particular result, because that depends on you, your circumstances, and a great deal we have no control over. Nothing on our pages should be read as a guarantee of improved productivity, income, health, or anything else.
Our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with these products is limited to the amount you paid for them. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you bought. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without affecting any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence.
