What we collect
When you buy something
Our checkout is operated by Whop, which acts as the seller of record and processes payment. Whop collects your name, email address and payment details. We receive your name, email address, and a record of what you bought. We never see or store your full card number.
When you join our email list
If you download a free resource or subscribe, we collect your email address and, if you give it, your first name. We also record whether emails were opened or links clicked, which we use to judge whether what we send is worth sending.
When you visit our pages
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how people find and use our pages. This includes the Meta pixel, which records actions such as viewing a page or completing a purchase, and shares that information with Meta so we can measure our advertising and show ads to people likely to be interested.
If you would rather not be tracked this way, you can adjust your ad settings within Facebook and Instagram, use your browser's privacy controls, or decline non-essential cookies where we offer that choice.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information
- We do not rent or trade your email address
- We do not attempt to infer, record, or store any health information about you, and we do not build audiences on that basis
- We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16
Why we are allowed to hold it
We process your information to fulfil your order, to provide support, to send email you have asked for, and to measure our advertising. Depending on where you live, the legal basis for this is your consent, our contract with you, or our legitimate interest in running a business. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who else sees it
We share data only with services that make the business run:
- Whop, for checkout, payment and delivery
- Meta, for advertising measurement, as described above
- Our email provider, for sending the emails you subscribed to
Each holds your data under its own privacy policy. We do not share your information with anyone else except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Email subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, after which we retain a minimal record so that we do not email you again by accident.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you
- Correct anything wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop sending you email
- Provide your data in a portable format
Email nownextlater@icymoons.com and we will action it within 30 days. There is no charge, and asking will never affect your access to anything you have bought.
Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects you meaningfully, tell subscribers by email.
